Oddly Strange James and Meghan of Tarheel Tattoo in Chapel Hill Tar Heel Tattoo owner James Padilla and Meghan Thayer, who handles the business side and now is learning to do tattoos, are working to integrate to the shop into the community. Padilla wants the shop to be seen as more than a tattoo business, but as a place for artists from different walks of life.
